casual cool
every once in awhile a girl’s just gotta have fun. even when on a photo shoot. so i thought i would share a bit of our hi-jinx while out on location yesterday. or rather, my hi-jinx captured by my photographer. in the first photo i’m filming my husband for a behind the scenes snapchat. fyi – the hubs is more than happy to stay out of social media’s limelight. and, i was breaking his rhythm. or so he claimed. so i snapped to attention, and decided to break his rhythm even further until i got a big grin! that’s how we roll in the djalali family. for years and years, there were dogs and a cat, and three boys helping add mayhem in our house. now the task has fallen solely to me. and i take my job seriously. because life’s just too short not to have fun with it! but i did pull myself together, and hopefully, you can see the essence of this casually cool ootd. nothing fancy as i was beating the heat in a linen shirtdress paired with white leggings. pop of color comes in from my sandals, one of my favorite summer handbags (the material hails from cambodia) and earrings. last but not least, a gold metallic belt cinches the shirtwaist in place. i’d say that’s a wrap!
