back when i was style before a certain age, there was one piece of advice my mother gave me that i actually listened to. “wash your face morning and night and moisturize, moisturize,

After 40 only treatmants work, everything else is nice but won’t prevent much. Good Serum, c Vitamin, chemical peels are help but Hyaluron injections give real results.
after we reach the age of 40 it’s all about maintenance. kind of like a vintage mercedes. day-to-day we need a consistent skin care regimen that keeps our engine purring — moisturizers, serums, eye creams have come a long way since our mother’s generation. but a good tune-up can give immediate results if that’s what you’re looking for. thanks for the suggestion.

I always use moisturizer. I don’t look for miracles I just want my skin to feel good. So becuase I don’t belive in the Holy Grail for skin care, I try new things. Finish one, try another. But always try to take good care of my skin. I’ve also started using eye cream. Not for a mirable but I feel the moisturizer helps puff things out so the lines don’t look as dry. I wish that Prescriptives was still in department stores. Nice seeing you write about skin care and next makeup?
i wish prescriptives were in the store as well. but i’m happy they are back as a brand. i remember when they first appeared on the scene how my mother raved about them. and she was right, yet again!
i love your attitude about skincare ‘cuz it’s all about maintenance and doing what’s right for your skin so it feels the best it can.
