boots and bags
if you think over the knee boots aren’t for you think again. while boots are a mainstay come fall and winter many of us cruise right by over the knee boots. why? we just aren’t certain how to wear them. so today, i’m trotting out a new fall favorite by linea paolo bella available at nordstrom. these burgundy boots were purchased for my trip to boston several weeks ago. but when the temps soared i scrambled to readjust my outfits. sigh.
but sooner or later the temps had to commit to fall-like weather. and today’s the day these burgundy beauties are officially in my autumn boot line up! today, they’re paired with a knit duster purchased at my local banana republic factory that doubles as a sweaterdress. similar here and here

Love all of it! The boots are fab…great color and who doesn’t love suede? The scarf is perfect and I love that you wore your first brooch with it. We are expecting a hard frost tonight and much cooler temps. Maybe the hot weather is finally gone and we can enjoy our boots, sweaters and scarves. xoxo
i think the hot weather is gone for good. although georgia will bounce around from cold to warm and back again. but i think i can live with that.

Love the color of the boots and bag. I have several over the knee boots and they feel soooo good come cool temps. I love them. Such a pretty rich color in these.
red and burgundy are on fire this fall! and i love both colors so i’m quite happy with all of the selections.
