Sometimes style takes a back seat to life.

Lately, I’ve been feeling the weight of it all—running a business, navigating family dynamics, showing up daily. And quietly, beneath it all, missing my husband. He was my steady, my sounding board, my soft place to land.
Grief has a way of surprising you even after six years.
It’s not linear. It doesn’t keep a calendar.
It shows up in the middle of a regular Tuesday, wrapped in a memory, a song, a smell, a moment when you wish you could reach for the shoulder that’s no longer there.

Grief and burnout have a way of creeping in when we least expect them. And I know I’m not the only one carrying more than what’s visible.
So this isn’t a style tip or an outfit post—just a gentle reminder:
✨ You don’t have to be strong all the time.
✨ You’re allowed to step back.
✨ You’re not alone in the hard seasons.

What helps me? Quiet mornings. Prayer. Saying no more often. Letting go of perfect. And staying close to the people—and purpose—that light me back up. Leaning into joy where I find it.
