good morning, ladies! today, i’m partnering with one of my favorite brands Ann Taylor. it’s time to think spring no matter what the weather is dishing up. and with St. Patrick’s day inching its way towards us it’s time to bring on the green in big or small doses. if you’ve been following the blog, you know that i love me some green. and i especially love it paired with navy. navy and green is a crisp and clean color combo perfect for spring.
this mac trench coat is selling out fast! so check your local stores as well as online if your size isn’t available. don’t you love a pop of color on a gloomy rainy day? this coat delivers a one-two punch with a vibrant shade of green and slim silhouette. it fits easily over a striped knit blazer, essential shirt, and navy trousers. just the other day i realized my closet was lacking a proper pair of trousers. well, guess i solved that dilemma with this leg-lengthening pant in a seasonless stretch. it comes in black or perfect navy. i chose the modern fit which is slim through the hip and thigh. but this pant is available in three different fits – modern, curvy or classic.
green suede slingbacks add an unexpected pop of color.

love the sleek and modern fit this striped knit blazer offers. it’s piped with solid navy blue that adds subtle sophistication.
an essential white shirt is a must-have in my closet. this shirt comes in four colors – winter white, green, blue, and black. it has a slim fit and shirttail hem. i will point out that the top button stops at mid-chest adding a beautiful drape with lots of room to show off some bling.

yes, i’ve got a spring to my step thanks to these adorable snake print sandals. i know, i know, it’s too darn cold to wear them. yet. but in a week or two when the temps start behaving, i’ll be ready.
and once those temps start to soar, i typically exchange my blue jeans for a denim skirt. this particular denim skirt is simple and sweet with a button front fly, pockets and a self-belt. today, i chose to wear the skirt with a simple black blazer and essential white shirt perfect for work or the weekend.

another view of these fabulous shoes. notice the block heel with a hint of gold. perfection! remember, animal prints and metallics act as neutrals. you better believe you will be seeing these sandals on style repeat. they go with everything!
a big thank you to Ann Taylor for this sponsored post. and thank you lovely readers for supporting the brands that allow me to bring you fresh ideas.
