casual pinstripes
last week i introduced this snazzy pair of pinstripe pants from Ralph Lauren. the outfit was business casual with the addition of a black blazer, white blouse, and spectator pumps. if you missed that post please read it here. pinstripes are a classic essential i love to have at my beck and call so let’s see if there’s more than one way to wear them. hint, hint – YES.
today’s ootd centers around the same pinstripe pants but this time i added a black cashmere sweater. ofttimes i wear a crew neck or turtleneck but every once in awhile i sneak in a v-neck. when i do i love to slip a camisole underneath to soften the look. and since i decided to throw my black leather moto jacket (similar here and here) into the mix a little lace is a welcome addition to balance the masculine with a touch of feminine.
