when the going gets cold, we put a cocoon coat on. and maybe a pair of gloves for good measure. but who can complain about wearing a fab animal print last seen here while living in san francisco? the coat is from banana republic, and their SF flagship store always put a dent in my pocketbook. that particular BR is amazing complete with hardwood floors, two separate levels, a concierge – the works! but doesn’t this print just put a smile on your face? i particularly like the coat length, especially when popped over pants.
the wind picked up speed during today’s photo shoot. no matter which direction i looked my hair was determined to land smack dab in my face. at least i stayed warm with a black cashmere turtleneck and white denim. add a pair of black booties and this ootd is not only warm but on trend.
