Good morning, ladies. Happy Monday! We’re rolling into the last week of September which means one thing. The Holidays will be here before you know it!! I can’t even believe we have raced through three-quarters of 2023. I know I sound exactly like my mother but “time flies.” With each passing year, time becomes more and more precious and goes faster and faster. So let’s seize the day and enjoy every minute September 25th delivers and celebrate Fall.
Kelly and I and her mother, Terry, zipped off to the Leanne Morgan show over the weekend. What a blast! If Leanne is coming to your neck of the woods I highly recommend you snag tickets. This woman is pure gold!
And since fall has truly arrived, even Georgia is dishing up the most glorious temps, I thought I would slip into a very fall-like outfit. Banana Republic has truly revamped their brand in the past few years and gone back to their classic roots. And I’m here for it! They are truly a go-to brand for me these days due to their classic choices and quality.

Today, I’m stepping out in what are arguably my favorite pair of corduroys to date. No joke! Most corduroys have the fit of skinny jeans or are way too baggy. Not this pair from BR that has a straight-leg fit with a high-rise waist made with organic cotton. And I love the color that will go with black or ivory or any number of color schemes.

And now that boot season has truly arrived it’s time to slip into a pair of suede Chelsea boots that adds a casual chic look to this outfit. A few months ago I splurged on this Ralph Lauren Denim Tote that goes perfectly with a Stripe Suit I’ll be taking with me to the LTK conference next week. Since it’s denim that goes with anything and everything this tote will be on style repeat for the foreseeable future.

I’m a big fan of ponchos as they are the perfect third layer once the temps have cooled. Slip it over a dress, pants or denim and you have instantly created a chic outfit. This plaid poncho is made from 100% wool and has fringe detail.
