In typical spring-like fashion, the weather is all over the page this week! From balmy 70s to a freeze warning, Mother Nature has one foot in spring and another in winter. Spring is a fickle season, for sure! Hopefully, this is the last time our temps will dip below freezing. Last year, the hydrangeas in my front yard took it on the chin after a late-season frost, and I don’t want a repeat. They truly are spectacular in full bloom, so fingers crossed they made it through the chilly morning temps.

It can give you confidence for a meeting presentation or be the perfect cover-up over a date-night dress. But the basic navy blazer is the ultimate wardrobe staple. It’s definitely an investment piece that will last for years when chosen wisely. I’ve had this Veronica Beard Dickey blazer for at least five years. Banana Republic has a navy blazer similar to that.
