don’t you love the smell of coffee in the morning? especially monday morning when the week starts anew? there’s just all sorts of possibilities waiting to play out when monday rolls around. i’m keeping it simple today but i’m especially loving my black and brown color scheme. add leather and faux suede into the mix, and i know fall has arrived! i’ve been particularly intrigued as of late with double-sided pants. i’ve seen them in ponte and leather, tone-on-tone, but this particular pair of leggings caught my eye with its contrasting colors so i thought i’d give it a go. i was more than happy to pull out my turtlenecks this past week, and i thought black would be perfect tucked underneath the blazer. i can also see these pants paired with an oversized sweater of silk wrap-around blouse so stay tuned for future posts. a big bold belt is the perfect accessory as it gives this subtle outfit a bit of pop with its oversized brass buckle. a pair of pumps and pearls complete this ootd. happy monday, ladies! now where’s that cup of coffee?
