Happy Thursday! I really enjoy dressing up for the holidays. When I worked in the corporate world there were always so many parties to attend – and reasons to get dressed up in festive tartan prints and sparkly outfits. These days there are fewer parties, but even going out to dinner during the holiday season is enough reason for me to dress festively. Beth has shared a few holiday outfits so far this season, see 5 Effortlessly Chic Holiday Outfits and Casual Thanksgiving Outfits for a Cozy Holiday. So today I want to share with you Holiday Outfits for Petites. Be sure to find three more outfit inspirations and my Talbots Gift Guide at the end of this post!
Tartans and plaids in reds, greens, golds, and black reflect the holiday season with festive flair. This top, from last year, is still available in limited sizes from Talbots. But there are so many options this year to suit any taste. Try a classic turtleneck in Black Watch Plaid, or a crewneck tee in Poinsettia Plaid. For a more dressy look, I love the Tartan Rosette Top from Ann Taylor.

The Hampshire Ankle Pants are my favorite pant style at Talbots. The petite sizing is great. While this gold tuxedo stripe is sold out, try the style with bow detail at the ankle for a festive holiday look. If you love a tuxedo stripe, try the updated version for this year with the Wide Leg Pants with a Sequin Stripe.

Cute pants, but I would have to go with the Audrey cashmere sweater. Sleeveless blouse would not work in the Minnesota winter. I would be cold.
I agree, Sherry! No need to sacrifice comfort for fashion, especially with so many pretty holiday sweaters at Talbots! Thanks for stopping by today, xo Kelly
