Happy New Year! Today I am sharing My Favorite Chelsea Boots. Beth had these boots on her list of favorite things of 2023. I have had a pair of these Laguna Chelsea Boots since last February, and last week I decided to go for a pair in black because I wear the the natural-color version so often. When you find something that is this wearable, this comfortable, and this chic, you just have to go for a second (or third!) pair in a different color.

From bottom to top, today I am starting with the Laguna Chelsea Boot from Sam Edelman. The other pair I have in a no-longer-available sand-colored suede have become my go-to shoes in the cooler weather. So it made perfect sense to order a pair in black, for even more outfit options and versatility.
If you like your boots a little roomy for thick socks, size up half a size. The Laguna Chelsea Boots fit true to size. These Black boots I am wearing my usual size 5 and the other pair I have are 5.5. Both are comfortable, so it just depends on if you like to wear thick socks.
Beth has a pair of these Slim Refined Stretch Cargo Pants and I like the detail at the hems, so I purchased a pair in petite size 0 to give them a try. I half expected to return them, but I really like them! And they are very comfortable. They come with a belt, which I did not style with this outfit, but it does add a bit of polish to the cargo pants.
Lavender is a trending color again this year, my sweater is from a few years ago, but there is a great cashmere version from J.Crew, which is still having its up to 50% off End-of-Season Cashmere Sale, so it’s a great time to stock up on cashmere!
