This Nordstrom Two-Button Longline Vest is a great wear-now-wear-later piece; for summer I have styled it over a tank top, but for fall and winter it works beautifully over a turtleneck sweater.
Then, I have the Wit & Wisdom ‘Ab’Solution High Waist Itty Bitty Bootcut Jeans. Wit & Wisdom always features such a great fit, and the slight bootcut makes these jeans an easy-to-wear style.

The good news is Nordstrom has restocked all colors of the indispensable Rumpled Satin Blouse! Such a versatile top, it’s worth buying in all the colors, and with the Anniversary Sale price, that’s not too hard to do! I am wearing the polka dot version, though it’s not the rumpled satin, it’s still a dream to wear and pack for travel. There is also a Leopard Print Version of this top, which I think would also look great with this Veronica Beard Faux Leather Skirt.

Alex’s Outfit
Ever since Kelly picked up a few Marine Layer button-up shirts for me last year at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I have become a real fan of the brand. So this year, she added to my collection with this Marine Layer Palm Print Shirt. Cool and breathable the shirt is very comfortable for summer.
This is my first pair of Travis Matthew Bermuda Shorts. The fabric has plenty of stretch for comfortable movement – they are activewear shorts but have great structure.

Yes, you can totally size down. If you want a roomier fit stick to your normal size as there’s not that much difference. And the difference is mostly in the waist.
I like the vests like you are wearing thar resemble suit jacket. Do you think a short sleeved top could be worn under it instead of sleeveless?
Absolutely! It’s a great vest that can go from summer to fall to winter by changing your sleeve length.
