Today we continue with part two of our Preppy Style for Regular and Petites. We created four looks with seven items from J.Crew Factory for this two-part series. And we could have gone on from there! It goes to show how truly versatile classic style pieces can be! In our first installment, we styled a classic preppy look with the Classic Vintage Jean, the School Boy Blazer, a Graphic Tee, and Court Sneakers. Today we are taking those jeans, sneakers and tee and adding a Cardigan, Shell Sweater and a Relaxed Button Up Shirt.
Today, we continue a look at preppy style from J.Crew Factory

This Relaxed Button Up Shirt does come in petite and regular sizing and though Kelly is wearing a petite size, the shirt was quite long on her, so she chose to style it as a second layer with the Graphic Tee underneath.

I love your petite and regular posts!
I don’t think of jeans as preppy. They weren’t allowed in high school or college in the fifties and sixties. Girls couldn’t wear pants of any kind to classes. I remember my knees freezing in the winter exposed between my short skirt and knee socks. Think knee socks worn with loafers will come back?
I really like cardigan sets. Glad to see them back Even though I think they didn’t completely go out of style.
Though I’m not a big tennis shoe person , I would probably wear this with loafers or mules. I love it when you guys do the blog together. Looks like you have so much fun!
You two are just cute as a button in these outfits. And pearls with sneakers – my heart skipped a beat. Doing it tomorrow. Thanks for the joy.
Thank you so much for the “regular and petite” posts. I really struggle to find petite options and you remind me that it is possible! Thank you!!
I love twin sets. Y’all look fantastic.
Beth,I’m 5’7″ and size 6 in Talbots chinos. How do sizes run in these jeans?
Thanks in advance!
