Last week I shared a Budget-Friendly Lookbook for Spring, and today I am sharing a Spring Lookbook from Our Favorite Brands. I have put together 10 outfits featuring spring styles from Talbots, Ann Taylor, J.Crew, J.McLaughlin, and Chico’s. A great detail is that this lookbook is made up of separates, which gives you the most bang for your buck when it comes to mixing and matching your spring styles to create a variety of looks.

My pleasure! Just love this time of year!
Such a great spring look book! It’s hard to pick a favorite, they all look so good on you, but I think #1 is my fav.
Also, I love anything striped as you show here. Black and ivory or white, navy blue stripes with ivory or white. I have many in my closet, but always looking for the next best thing! Come on spring!!!
I’m with you on the stripes! I never met one I didn’t like!
Hi Beth,
Can you talk about the fit of the J. Crew Emilie sweater jacket? I ordered 2 different sizes, S and M, in the red and sand striped jacket this fall. I usually wear a small in J. Crew. I am 5′ almost 4″ tall and weigh 135. I have a 34DDD bust and am long waisted. Maybe the latter two factors are the issue. I feel that even the size M jacket is skimpy on me. I love the colors of the jacket – tomato red is my best – but I feel I can only wear the jacket when I wear a red shirt underneath it to give the illusion of a little more length. I wish I had ordered a size L!
I think this sweater/cardigan/jacket can be tricky to wear since it’s cropped with a boxy shape. I typically wear mine with high-waisted pants/jeans/skirts, and that seems to do the trick. If you size up to a large, the shoulder seams might have to be taken in. But it never hurts to order it and see for yourself. It might work!
