good morning, ladies! today, i have a special post. i’m excited to chat about my three-month partnership with Easy Spirit shoes. many of you might remember i partnered with this iconic brand last fall. and let me tell you y’all just loved the shoes! which is why i’m thrilled to be their Spring Ambassador. Easy Spirit makes a wide variety of comfortable and convenient shoes for women of all ages, especially those on the go.
much of the motivation for this collaboration is feedback from you, my readers. every day, you—working women, mothers, grandmothers around the world—write to me. and every day, i get questions, comments, and requests for recommendations on shoes that not only look good but feel good too.
you’d think that that was an easy ask. you’d think that such shoes would be easy to find. but they’re not. as we all know, oftentimes, we’re implicitly asked to forfeit function for style. and that’ s frustrating. because, as we also know, part of being a woman just means being on our feet. all day. every day.

those of us trotting off to a nine to five job know that it can be equally frustrating to find a comfy yet stylish shoe. enter Easy Spirit and their ever so comfortable snake print wedge that keeps me on my feet in style. it’s so comfortable that you might want two pairs. or three as it comes in nude, navy, and black.

Love love love the blouse you have on. Lately I have been drawn to long blouses with a shorter jacket. I really like the look and comfort of a loose flowing blouse that looks great and doesn’t have to tucked in. Depending on the jacket the look can be casual or more dressed up, a win win in my opinion.
Love that outfit!!!
I especially love your outfit today….top to bottom. Love those shoes! You look gorgeous!
They do look nice. I like Easy Spirit shoes–they are comfortable. That’s a pretty outfit. The older I get, the more I want an attractive shoe that is comfortable, too. For so many years in the workforce, I had to wear heels and dressy clothes, and now I like things to be more casual for the most part. So nice to know we have so many options today.
Hi Beth, loving the grey look on you, very flattering xoxo Julie from England
Love the outfit. The links for the blouse are going to the jacket.
I’ve been watching re-runs of What Not To Wear and basically, they are against ANY type of top that is long. Shirts, jackets, whatever. I wish I could understand this!!! I ONLY wear tops that are between 30-32 inches and nothing looks better on me. Wearing something short simply cuts me in half and causes a dumpy look. I understand that you need to wear a slim and simple bottom to balance out something bigger or longer on top. Why don’t Stacy and Clinton understand this? They also favor gathered, complicated necklines and necklaces that hit at the wrong spot. Many of their make-overs look very nice. A sizable number miss the mark completely. BTW, I buy a lot from Chico’s — they get me.
Beth, you always look wonderful and continue to serve as a lovely example for the rest of us. Thank you!
I’ve wanted some “snake” shoes or booties since last year but they were either too uncomfortable or just looked too over-the-top. These were perfect, comfortable and classic. Thank you for your blog, Beth, love it so much 🙂
Just started following your blog and love it. I’ll be commenting a lot more in the future. Right now, however I have a comment I just have to make. Years ago when the idea of Color Analysis first became popular I quit my nice secure government job (thanks to my husband’s support) and became a color consultant. I’m sure you know what this means. Which leads to my comment. Although you look fabulous in everything I’ve seen you wear, the difference between the way you look in the blue in this post as compared to the beige is mind blowing.
ccccccomment! Although you
