This year, I decided a classic black-and-white color combination is perfect for the beach (and my suitcase), but y’all know I love a pop of color, so I couldn’t resist adding geranium to my closet! Pink is hands down my favorite color any time of the year, no matter where in the world I happen to be.

How cute are these pleated linen lantern pants with the matching short-sleeved button-up? If geranium isn’t your thing, the pants come in Agean, Graphite, and White. All I know is that if you want to add a comfy outfit to your closet, this one has it in spades. Yet, it’s stylish enough to take out to lunch or dinner! One of my favorite restaurants in Tybee is Seawolf, within walking distance of the beach house. They dish up the best charcuterie boards, oysters, and gourmet hotdogs! I have to admit I love all three.

One packing tip I always recommend is to pick a color palette, like black and white, that can be mixed and matched to create endless outfits. The Eileen Fisher sleeveless gingham button-up and black linen pants from Caslon are prime examples. Wear the top and bottom together (who doesn’t love pull-on drawstring linen pants all summer long?), or opt for the gingham top and white shorts or a white linen top and black pants. Versatility is the name of the game and gives you a bang for your buck!

If you haven’t yet slipped your tootsies into a pair of Eileen Fisher shoes, what are you waiting for? Eileen Fisher is known for comfort, and that includes their shoes! The sandals I’m wearing in this post are several years old, yet I reach for them again and again all summer long due to their comfort. Here are the 2024 renditions – Noko Slide Sandal, Kore Slide Sandal, and the Dello Slide Sandal. I also love these espadrilles and Willow wedge sandals. And I have my eye on the Mayla wedge sandal that would be fantastic with a skirt or dress.
