back to basics
whenever i’m in doubt as to what to wear i reach for black. it’s classic, chic, and is appropriate day or night. today, i’ve shown an office ready ootd then exchanged my go-to black pumps for an on-trend sandal. nothing too drastic but you’ll notice the entire mood of the ootd shifts. that’s the power of accessories.
i’m keeping it short and sweet today as i’ve been battling a bug the past few days. but it’s wednesday. we’re halfway through the week.

Love the pants. The white piping is perfect with the gingham top. And so true–both the pumps and sandals are excellent with this.

Those sandals….sigh….They are the definition of a great pair of sandals.
i do like these sandals! and block heels are quite comfortable. but it’s the embellishment that makes these shoes so dang cute.
