do you love adding fresh flowers to your room as much as i do? tulips are still abundant so I’ll squeeze in every minute of enjoyment. originally grown in the Ottoman Empire (modern-day Turkey) the tulip was introduced to Holland in the sixteenth century. this flower became so popular that Tulip Mania ensued. when the price of tulip bulbs soared it created an economic bubble that then crashed in February 1637. sound familiar? some claim that a single tulip bulb sold for ten times higher than the annual wage of skilled workers.

I’m a new follower from Ottawa Canada. and I luv your style! We have a lovely tulip festival in May to celebrate our long history with the Netherlands when Queen Juliana stayed in Canada during WW2 & gifted us tulips. Unfortunately, this year due to Covid 19, it’s a virtual celebration.

Absolutely love this outfit! You look great! I wish I could go into JJill and try it on in person but due to Covid regulations it’s complicated. Their clothing fit on me is hit or miss. I’m slim and petite so sometimes I’m swallowed by the cute clothing.
