Happy Sunday, ladies! As you've probably noticed, we've been playing with a lot of stylistic changes to our posts lately. After a lot of feedback from you, I think we're honing in on something fresh and modern. My hope is that you're gonna get something more pleasing visually and easier to shop. For our inaugural post, I'm modeling six dresses for all occasions, all styled 3 ways.
We've spent a lot of time on dresses this year. A few weeks ago, we ran our 2022 Guide to Spring Dresses. And today I've rounded up my personal favorites this season.
The reason is simple: so many of us are back, out and about this year. Some of us are heading off to work; others are meeting up with friends for drinks; and most of us are celebrating some occasion or other this Spring.
So without further ado, here are 6 of my favorite dresses, styled in multiple ways to give you an idea of their versatility.

Striped Dress (Veronica Beard) | Sandals (Marc Fisher) | Handbag (old, Ralph Lauren similar here and here)
Maxi Dress (Ralph Lauren) | Sandals (Marc Fisher) | Handbag (old, Talbots, similar here and here)
I'm really loving Veronica Beard's dress selection this year, but this shirtdress is my favorite. This dress pairs with a variety of different shoes, including sandals or mules.
Ralph Lauren is my all-time favorite designer, and this Jacquard dress is simply beautiful. Layer it with a sweater and dress it down with a pair of white sneakers. Perfect for Spring.
Simply elegant. This dress is perfect for evenings or special occasions. I've paired it with gold accessories to bring out the dress' highlights. But you can easily go all black and let the dress speak for itself.
Perfect for graduations, weddings, and the like, this floral dress most embodies Spring out of all the ones I chose. Try pairing it with a wrap for a classic elegant look.
I had the most fun styling this dress and its alternates. I can't wait to wear it with a pair of riding boots.
The casual but versatile of all the dresses. Layer it with a denim jacket or a blazer for a preppy look. Nothing but fun, this one.

I agree that Ralph Lauren has great dresses. Just curious as to why you published Kelly’s weight but never your own. It might be helpful when trying to decipher fit.
SaaCA contributors have the freedom to disclose age, weight, height, size, etc… or not. Me? I have never focused on weight only on a healthy lifestyle. The numbers on the scale have zero impact on my life. They’re just that, numbers. As far as fit, they say a picture is worth a thousand words which is why I share photos that focus on how an item looks.
Beth, I just love this post! This new format is so user friendly. I’ve found so many adorable handbags with the bamboo handles that I’ve had on my wishlist. Thank you!
i’m so happy to hear you are loving the new format. we’ve been working on so many things behind the scenes since last summer. but hard work pays off!
thanks for being here!
Regarding your response about weight I get your point although it did sound a bit harsh. I was merely curious. You list your size as 8 and sometimes it is hard to know if something is true to size or runs small or large. I am only 5’3” and you are 5’8” so was trying to translate for size. That was why I asked. Sorry if you found it offensive. You look great by the way.
absolutely no offense taken. emails, comments, and texts can easily be taken out of context. case in point, my response wasn’t meant to be harsh only factual.
My two favorite on you are the navy polka dot and the shimmery bronze. Both are lovely dresses!
this time of year i’m always on the hunt for dresses. Ralph Lauren never disappoints!
Hi Beth
Such a lovely post. I am loving your new format. It is giving me lots of ideas. I think dresses are great—one and done! I like your hair these days. It is a bit longer and very flattering. But, you look great however you wear it.
that’s the best part of wearing a dress – one and done. but they’re also the perfect item to wear on a hot summer day or special occasion!
thanks for stopping by.
You really do rock these dresses Beth. You look great! My only criticism is tge slides worn with the lovely grey Beard dress. It seems wrong to my eye. I think mules and slides just somehow look wrong with a dressier dress. I’d like the black strappy sandal or a sleek pump would look so much classier.
so many shoes so little time. and so many options to dress this Veronica Beard dress up or down.
