Ingredients
2.5 tbsp. Butter
3 Cloves Garlic, pressed or minced
1.5 tbsp. Honey
12–16 oz. Green Beans, ends clipped
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Fresh Tarragon, roughly minced
Flaky Finishing Salt, optional
Instructions
In a 12-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
When the butter is foamy add the honey and stir to combine. Be careful not to let the butter get browned, adjust heat as needed.
Add the garlic to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook the garlic for about 30 seconds.
Add the green beans to the skillet. Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Stir/toss the green beans in the honey butter garlic to coat.
Sauté the green beans in the honey butter garlic sauce, stirring occasionally until the green beans have turned brighter green and have softened to tender. Cut the heat and transfer the beans to a serving dish. Pour any honey butter garlic sauce over the top.
Sprinkle the chopped fresh tarragon over the green beans and top with a sprinkling of flaky finishing salt.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your Family!
