Hey ladies! Happy Monday. We’re wrapping January and heading straight into February—2022 is moving fast. Did anyone else catch a wild NLF playoff weekend? Hard to believe the Bengals are going to the Super Bowl! Crazy times. Anyway, we’re kicking the month off right with a fun week over here on the blog: it’s Yellowstone week. Anyone else loving this show as much as I am? I finally caught up over the past few weeks, and I can’t wait for season 5. And the fashion? Yes, please. So much so that I’ve put together a full week of Yellowstone-inspired outfits. I’m gonna show you how to dress like Yellowstone characters.
It’s winter, so putting together a Yellowstone-inspired outfit is going to center primarily around jackets and hats. Today’s outfit really just is a timeless classic and features a faux suede sherpa-lined jacket from Ralph Lauren (similar and similar 2). I absolutely love sherpa-lined anything—perfect for those cold winter days. Going with faux suede is easy on the budget, and there are a lot of good options out there. The jacket is complemented perfectly by a wool fedora. This one comes in multiple colors, so if you’re in luck if you’re looking for something other than tan.

Absolutely loving this cable-knit sweater from Vince (but check out this similar and similar 2 at different price points). It’s warm and cozy—everything I’m looking for in a winter sweater. It’s the perfect foundation for this outfit. I went with cream, but any color would pair perfectly with the tan jacket.

The backbone of this outfit truly is these boot-cut jeans from Ann Taylor paired with the suede boots from Banana Republic. Hard to really capture that ranch aesthetic with any other type of denim but wide-legged. The boots come in three different colors, including black. I’d love to see this outfit redone in black, honestly. Less Beth Dutton, more Rip.

Well! How fun is this!!! I’m waiting for my husband to sit down and watch this series with me. I have heard so many good things about it. I’m really going to get on his case now. Love this look, can’t wait to see what else you have in store for us. Have to read the reviews on the Amazon coats. The prices are reasonable.
I love this outfit. I bought a wool fedora hat years and use to wear it all the time. Somehow through the years and moves I lost it. I mIght have to buy another one. I use to watch Yellowstone when it first came on and enjoyed it but it got a little violent sometimes for me and stopped watching it but got back into last year.
Love Yellowstone
Beth,
This is such a fabulous outfit on you; reminds me of the days when we skied in Aspen. Both the jacket and the sweater you are wearing are gorgeous. This outfit is a definite touchdown,,

Perfection!
I didn’t read yesterday’s blog until today as it was my granddaughter’s wedding. It was a black tie optional affair. As I was reading the part on handbags, I thought of the many women who carried their everyday medium or large handbag with their pretty evening dress. It just didn’t look right even if it was a designer bag. It was a lovely bitter sweet wedding. They are so much in love but she left to live in the Netherlands with her Dutch husband. I will miss her so much. We are kindred spirits.
Love, love this. Those of us who live in where eastern states tank you for thinking to do these looks.
Yes, more please!!
I meant ..those of us in western states thank you…
Obsessed with Yellowstone. Love your take on the outfit. Need to know what the purse is you have in the pics.
I am so happy I found your blog. Look forward to your fashion sense and links to many price alternatives.

Do you believe that I wore this outfit sans hat when I was in college in the ‘70’s?!
I LOVE the clothes on Yellowstone…whoever dresses Kevin Costner is doing a magnificent job!
Yellowstone is great! We have a few more episodes to catch up on but we are definitely hooked.
Great outfit! Do tell us about that fabulous belt.
Thank you.
Great outfit. All you need now is your horse!
Maybe I need to watch this show now! This outfit is so cute and cozy looking.
Loving the idea of a monthly or quarterly, week-long series on looks from particular shows or movies. Emily in Paris would be one I’d love to see. The one you already did a while ago on The Devil Wears Prada was so fun too.
