Today, I'm sharing tips for a merry & bright cocktail party
From getting prepared to what to wear, I've got you covered
I've shared tons of links inline for recipes to cocktails, appetizers and holiday outfits

Fill the air with holiday scents like Nest’s Holiday Classic Candle
Create a festive party space with green & red cocktail napkins, candy canes, paper whites and Amaryllis
Create a holiday playlist. (Thanks to my oldest for putting this one together.)
Food and drink don't have to be a production. Go easy on yourself with appetizers from, say, Trader Joe's or your favorite Christmas cookies.
Serve a large batch cocktail like this apple cider one or punch, but don't forget non-alcoholic drinks like soda
Serve easy appetizers like a whole baked Brie or feta and scatter no-cook cocktail nibbles throughout the room: nuts, popcorn and olives

Too cute! But we both know plaid shirts are always a good idea!
Merry Christmas!
