Happy Tuesday, ladies! It's all about Summer-to-Fall transition on the blog this week. Temps are starting to cool here in Athens. We're hovering in the low 80s all week and even flirting with the 70s. I know, I know. Still warm for sure. But given that we hung out in th 90s most of the Summer, we're due for a reprieve. Today, I'm featuring two brands that get a lot of love on our email list: Chico's and J.Jill. And I'm focusing on a simple transition weather technique: when in doubt, transition with a neutral color scheme.
Today, I'm talking how to transition with a neutral color scheme, highlighting some great Chico's and J.Jill's fall pieces

Transition from summer to fall with a neutral color scheme that’s easy to put together. How cute is the striped tunic from Chico’s? The black and gold stripes set the tone for this easy outfit formula of an oversized blouse and slim-leg pants. Notice the proportions - long over lean. And the knit pants from J.Jill couldn’t be comfier! They’re pull-on pants with a comfortable elasticized waistband that’s perfect for those days you want to look polished and put together without sacrificing comfort.
I can’t wait to wear these pants with an oversized sweater once the temps start to dip. Add a neutral leather tote from Coach and cap toe slingbacks, and this outfit is ready for lunch with the girls or a Target run.

Great outfit ! I love the Coach bag. In keeping with your rule, would you wear the shirt tucked in with the wide leg pants?
