ho, ho, ho, it’s off to lowe’s we go. since i’ve been nice (mostly) santa’s coming early this year. what’s on my wishlist? a fire pit. it’s on mr. style’s list too so he added his two cents on our shopping spree. a wood burning fire pit sounded good to me but we ended up with an endless summer rendition that uses propane. no fuss no muss. works for me. 

of course, my favorite friday sidekick was eager to inspect the latest patio addition. what do you think of our snazzy new fire table? it’s certain to keep us warm over the holidays if we want to sip hot chocolate and roast s’mores by the fire. now if only the rain would go away… but i think oscar gives his approval.

it’s a bit chilly today so i popped a bold buffalo check shirt-jacket over the cutest pair of embroidered penguin corduroys. can you say prepilicious? and, yes, my smoking slippers are back in action. love the contrast between black and winter white.

all right, gang. this is it. the long weekend we’ve been waiting for. so wherever you are whatever your plans oscar and i wish each of you a very merry christmas.
