- 8–12 fresh figs
- crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 package sliced prosciutto
Instructions
- preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- slice the stems off the figs and slice lengthwise to create quarters, leaving the figs attached at the bottoms.
- fill centers with crumbled gorgonzola.
- slice the prosciutto slices in half lengthwise and wrap each fig with prosciutto, leaving the tops exposed.
- bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and prosciutto is slightly crisp.
