  • crumbled gorgonzola
  • 1 package sliced prosciutto

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. slice the stems off the figs and slice lengthwise to create quarters, leaving the figs attached at the bottoms.
  3. fill centers with crumbled gorgonzola.
  4. slice the prosciutto slices in half lengthwise and wrap each fig with prosciutto, leaving the tops exposed.
  5. bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and prosciutto is slightly crisp.
