Makes 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. gin
1/3 oz. Campari
1/3 oz. grapefruit juice
4 to 5 oz. tonic water
Garnish: supremed grapefruit wedge, grapefruit peel (discarded)
Instructions
Combine the first three ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with tonic water. Garnish with a supremed grapefruit wedge; express oil from the grapefruit peel and discard it.
