fridays (saturday edition) with oscar
it’s time for a walk with oscar and we’ve headed towards the coffee shop for an afternoon treat. i’m a coffee junkie, especially in the morning. two cups please with cream. but for the past two weeks, i’ve been on a no-caffeine kick. the first three days are brutal when you stop drinking your daily java. once you get through that phase your body quickly recovers. and i have to admit i always feel better when i’m not drinking coffee on a daily basis. so why am i walking with oscar with a cup in hand? because it just tastes so darn good! and i’m drinking a cafe mocha which is like coffee and dessert combined in one… oscar always enjoys his walk-about-town and so do i. beautiful day. beautiful weather. faithful companion by my side. it’s the little things in life that count.
