- 2 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz egg white, optional
- Angostura bitters or bourbon cherry for garnish
Instructions
- add all ingredients into a shaker and dry-shake (no ice).
- add ice and shake again.
- strain into a coupe glass.
- garnish with 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters or bourbon cherry
