3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white, optional
Angostura bitters or bourbon cherry for garnish

add all ingredients into a shaker and dry-shake (no ice).
add ice and shake again.
strain into a coupe glass.
garnish with 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters or bourbon cherry
