Makes 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
1 bottle Topo Chico sparkling water
1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. triple sec
2 oz. lime juice
1 oz. strawberry simple syrup*
Tajin seasoning, for the side of the bottle
Strawberry Simple Syrup
4 oz. Strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Instructions
Open the bottle of Topo Chico and pour out about half the water. Rub a cut lime on the upper side of the bottle and dust with Tajin.
Add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and strawberry simple syrup.
*Combine the strawberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan set over medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, and cook for 20 minutes, until the liquid is deeply red and the strawberries are soft. Strain the strawberries out from the simple syrup, making sure not to press down on the strawberries. Let the strawberry simple syrup cool before using.
