Ingredients
4 oz. Prosciutto
1 cup Salted, Shelled Pistachios
1 cup Smoked Almonds
2 cups Crumbled Raincoast Crisp Crackers, or similar
1 cup Dried Cherries or Cranberries
1 cup Crumbled Parmesan Cheese Crisps
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place the slices of prosciutto on a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake until the prosciutto is crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Let the prosciutto cool completely, then crumble the slices.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ingredients starting with the heavier components and ending with crumbled prosciutto and the Parmesan Cheese Crisps. Gently stir 2-3 times to combine.
