- 1/2 red onion
- 1 juice of 1 lime
- 1/3–1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp honey to taste
Instructions
- toss all ingredients together in jar or bowl
- cover and refrigerate, let sit for at least half an hour before serving, but they will get better with an overnight in the fridge
