Ingredients

  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 juice of 1 lime
  • 1/31/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp honey to taste

Instructions

  1. toss all ingredients together in jar or bowl
  2. cover and refrigerate, let sit for at least half an hour before serving, but they will get better with an overnight in the fridge
