it’s fridays with oscar, so it’s time to put my walking shoes on and get my sidekick’s leash fastened. the temps finally dipped here in georgia and am i ever happy to add a few layers. nothing too fancy today as oscar and i are strolling through the woods looking for deer, a few stray pine cones, and who knows what else. but oscar is never happier than when he’s out and about on a walk. the scrumptious plaid scarf seen on wednesday is back in action today. this time, it’s paired with a striped funnel neck tee. my closet is somewhat back in order (although a stack of scarves seems to have gone AWOL) making my ootd choices super easy. hooray! are we ready to say goodbye to september? come sunday; we’re officially in the home stretch of 2016. didn’t i tell you the holidays will be here before we know it?! and you thought i was joking.
on that happy note, oscar and i wish each of you a lovely weekend. see you next month.

oscar is brushed regularly but not daily. his coat is very healthy as he eats grain-free dog food – salmon to be exact. i think that helps. but he does shed – a lot…
