Beth’s Look: Sun-Kissed Stripes & Polished Neutrals

I kept things easy with the Agolde Parker Long Short, a pair I reach for all season long thanks to its flattering fit and laid-back vibe. I paired it with ¾ Tee in Poppy Stripe from Alice Walk—this punchy red stripe brings a little energy to the look while staying classic.

Kelly’s Look: Textured Stripes with a Hint of Summer Ease
Some of my favorite summer pieces are the ones that feel like nothing. This Nic+Zoe Textured Stripe Short-Sleeve Sweater I scored at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has a barely-there weight and a softly structured fit. I paired it with the Petite Boardwalk Short from Ann Taylor, which has the perfect inseam and flattering rise for petites.

Frequently Asked Questions
Recipes Questions Answered
Q: Can I make the melon mojito without alcohol?
A. Absolutely! Skip the rum and top the muddled melon-mint mixture with extra club soda or a splash of lime seltzer for a refreshing mocktail.
Q: Can I prep the slaw ahead of time?
A. Yes! The slaw can be made a few hours in advance—just keep it chilled. If making more than 6 hours ahead, wait to add the lime juice until serving to keep the cabbage crisp.
Q: What type of tortillas work best for these tacos?
A. Both flour and corn tortillas work well. Flour is a little sturdier, while corn adds extra flavor. Warm them before serving for the best texture.
Q: Is there a good protein substitute for the shrimp?
A. Grilled chicken, tofu, or even crispy chickpeas would all work well as a substitute if you’re looking for variety or need a shellfish-free option.
