While the consistently warm weather might still be within arms reach by this stage of the game we’ve had to retire our winter wardrobe. Come April Showers it’s time to stock our closets with dresses. So today, I'm sharing 13 spring dresses for all occasions.
While I tend to wear a style uniform of denim, patterned top or tee, and a blazer I can’t resist the chic styling and ease of the dress. While dresses truly can be worn all year long and look fantastic with a pair of boots when spring and summer roll around, dresses seem like a necessity.
Spring is definitely a busy time of year so you want to have the appropriate dress on hand to keep your life simple.

1. Special Occasion Dresses
Spring is chock full of special occasions. This time of year our calendars fill up quickly. Easter, Mother’s Day, graduations whether it’s high school or university, and weddings. We’re also going on vacation and there’s nothing easier to pack and accessories than a dress.
2. Everyday Dresses
It’s important to have at least one little dress for every day, especially when we’re standing in our closet and proclaiming we simply have nothing to wear. And when the temps heat up there’s nothing better to wear than a linen dress.
3. Vacation & Resort Dresses
Vacations are always a time to let your hair down and have FUN! And that means we bring along dresses that embody that spirit. Bold prints and patterns, maxi dresses, and maybe even a romper are all good choices to throw into your suitcase.
4. Wedding Guest Dresses
When the wedding invitation arrives in the mail it’s time to go shopping for a festive wedding guest dress to celebrate the big day in style.
There’s a variety of weddings these days from black-tie events to backyard gatherings and everything in between. For a formal event select a full-length dress. For all the other wedding occasions a knee-length or midi-length dress will work.
