Happy, happy Friday, ladies! We’ve got a classic shirt for you today that never goes out of style. But before getting to that… We are cruising through March at a rapid pace. It’s been a wild month of weather wise but the past few days have been delightful. The sun has graced us with its presence and the temps reached 80. I will take it. The landscapers showed up on time and started a few projects. One is to mitigate the water issues I’ve had from time to time in the basement. My landscaper is 100% convinced we’ve tackled the problem. Hooray!
They’ll be back in a few weeks to lay sod in the backyard by my patio. I removed a few pine trees last fall, and that space now has enough sunlight to grow grass. Oscar will be in heaven because that hill is where he likes to sit and survey his land.
Oscar and I wish you a lovely weekend!

This Classic Shirt Never Gets Old
1. Garรงon Shirt
(J.Crew)
If it’s spring it’s time to break out the gingham one of my favorite patterns. Plaid is to fall what gingham is to spring. A ruffle adds a feminine touch to this classic gingham shirt from J.Crew but they also carry the classic gingham button-up if that’s more your thing. White chinos from Talbots are a wardrobe staple that’s on style repeat all through the warmer months.
Recently we shared a Steal vs. Real with these cap-toe ballet flats (limited sizes similar here) from Talbots. They’re making another appearance today as the perfect shoe for this springy classic outfit.
Garรงon Shirt (J.Crew) | Medium Perfect Leather Belt (Madewell) | Perfect Chino (Talbots) | Blair Soft Nappa Ballet Flats (Talbots)

2. Grapefruit Mimosa
The cocktail this week Grapefruit Mimosa is refreshing and perfect for brunch. Easter is fast approaching so this just might be on my brunch list.
3. Greek Turkey Bowl
When spring and summer arrive this girl loves her salads. And I bet you do too! They’re so easy to make and so delicious. This Greek Turkey Bowl is a favorite of mine loaded with nutritious ingredients like spinach, cabbage, and red peppers. Delish!
Alternative Stylings
Left Board: Garรงon Shirt (J.Crew) | Bristol Pants (Talbots) | Double Decker Slip-On Sneakers (Keds x Talbots) Right Board: Garรงon Shirt (J.Crew) | Le High Ankle Skinny Jeans (FRAME) | Ballet Loafer (Tory Burch)
