backstreet boys
when i sit down to write the first thing i power on after my computer is spotify. there’s nothing like music to get my creative juices revved, and my fingers ready to tap, tap, tap. sometimes cheesy music just seems appropriate. last night i listened to backstreet boys everybody at least twenty times consecutively. it was the opening beat that i just couldn’t get enough of. and that’s pretty much what i think about blazer’s and ballet flats. if i’m running errands around the neighborhood they’re the perfect accessory to keep me stylishly warm and sure-footed. jcrew is an excellent choice if you are looking for a fitted blazer, and ralph lauren knows a thing or two about preppy style, including shoes. i owned a pair of ralph tapestry paisley flats back in the ‘nineties that powered me through about 100,000 miles of wear-and-tear before i sadly had to retire them. i typically sling a tote over my shoulder as i can always toss in a bunch of bananas and french baguette if i make a quick stop at the grocers before heading home.

I am just wondering if you wear anything inside your flats, or just bare feet? I live in Canada, and even if the snow has melted, it can be chilly in bare feet. Looking for suggestions. Thanks for any help you can offer!
i have tried different variations of the loafer sock, but unfortunately they always slip and slide inside my shoe. i used to live in minnesota, and believe it or not if i was just running from the car to
inside i would brave my flats. otherwise, i would just bemoan the fact that sometimes winter can be a fashion challenge, especially in the shoe arena!
