chevron stripes
well, i’m three for four this week. i’m speaking about dresses, and for this separates girl my closet space is mostly devoted to skirts, blouses, and blazers. but i always have one eye out for a dress that can take me to work and beyond. you see, i like my clothes to work for me day-in and day-out. this dress will do just that. for today’s ootd i’ve thrown on a belt to dress it up for the office. a pair of sandals add softness to the outfit (it is summer after all) and a structured handbag keep the overall look work-friendly. i’ve always reached for pearls before diamonds so one of my favorite chokers finishes off my nine-to-five ootd. but, this dress will easily lend itself to a casual weekend look. stay tuned for future posts to see what i come up with.
