The only twist to this cocktail is the addition of a coffee ice cube. Try it! You’ll like it! Just remember to make the coffee ice cubes ahead of time.

I’m keeping my ootd simple today with a cozy sweater from Ann Taylor and velveteen jeans from Talbots. I added a pair of metallic kitten heels for a little wow factor. But honestly, nothing beats the simple combo of sweater and jeans this time of year or an oversized sweater and faux leather legging.

While Beth added a little glam to her ootd today, I am definitely all casual! Cooler fall temperatures are fun for layering and denim-on-denim is an easy way to go. I may have been watching a few too many neo-westerns lately, but I just felt the need to go with a Western-inspired outfit today!

Agolde Jeans are the base of my outfit, then I have a very comfortable Split-Neck Long Sleeve Tee which is a great layering top from Madewell. My favorite boots from last year, the Laguna Chelsea Boot from Sam Edelman are a comfy choice. But I can’t forget the third layer, a Denim Western Shirt with pearl snaps completes the look.
Coffee Negroni
As Beth mentioned above, this Coffee Negroni has a simple twist, serving it over a coffee ice cube. What a way to wake up your Negroni! This cocktail was so flavorful and smooth, perfect for a fall day too. You will want to make your cube in a large cube tray, be it a sphere or cube shape; the large size will keep it from melting too quickly.

French Dip Sandwich
The French Dip is a wonderful fall sandwich! You have the delicious aroma of slow-cooked beef filling your kitchen for hours. With the big payoff of a beautiful beef sandwich and provolone cheese between a crusty, soft French roll.
