Name: Taco Salad
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef (I use grass-fed beef); 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon chili powder; ¼ teaspoon salt; ¼ teaspoon pepper; ¼ cup water; 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce (or lettuce of your choice); 1 cup tomaotes, diced (I use cherry tomatoes, halved); 1 medium avocado, diced; 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese; 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained; tortilla chips; ranch dressing or dressing of your choice (I like Trader Joe's Green Goddess dressing)

1 cup lime juice
1/2 cup triple sec or Cointreau
2 tablespoons agave syrup
6 cups ice
