lemon yellow blazer
how about a pop of yellow to brighten your day? good morning, ladies, from sunny florida where lemons (and oranges) are a way of life. although to be truthful, this photo was taken in georgia before i left on my trip. it’s a whirlwind visit to be certain as i’m joining team Lemon Way again live on HSN. the first show aired at 2:00 a.m. the second 5:00 p.m. and i’ll be signing off with the 9:00 p.m. show. didn’t i tell you it was a flurry of activity? but it’s loads of fun being back at HSN so if you have a moment follow the live stream on Facebook or simply tune into the telly.
today’s ootd is all about spring with bold hues of yellow, blue and white. as we all know white denim is perfect 365 days a year. but come spring white, blue jeans look fresh and bright especially paired with a blue chambray shirt. this yellow blazer last seen here adds a hint of sophistication to this outfit. and i couldn’t resist adding my lemon locket and charm bracelet for a little eye candy. all-in-all this outfit is perfect for lunch, brunch, date night or a casual day at the office.
the chambray shirt is left untucked for a casual touch. but for an elevated look simply tuck in the shirt and add a belt.

are you ready to get tuesday underway? ready or not it’s here! i may or may not be as bright eyed and bushy tailed as usual. my internal clock isn’t sure which direction to go. nap or coffee? guess a cup of java is the way to go.
