- 1 oz Sambuca
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz sparkling wine
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine Sambuca, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake that all up and strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with a long, skinny lemon peel and top with sparkling wine.
