Paris day one. the weather couldn’t be more delightful so i popped a striped tunic over white denim slipped into a pair of white backless loafers (mules) and added a denim jacket for warmth to stroll along rue Saint-Honoré and surrounding streets in the 1st arrondissement of Paris. i love this Madewell crossbody tote. it’s a perfect size. our apartment is a hop, skip, and jump away from Place Vendôme located to the north of the Tuileries Gardens and home to the Ritz.
of course, the cafe’s are charming the food excellent and the scenery magnificent. even a simple ham and cheese omelet tastes extraordinary. one of our kiddos joins us today and we’re headed to the Louvre to play tourist.

Love your outfit. But wondering how far you will be able to walk in Paris is those shoes–they look great but can you spend your day on your feet in them? Shoes are always the biggest challenge when we are walking for hours on end in these beautiful cities!
Have fun! Sounds lovely! Love your bucket cross body and the pants and mules! Wish I was there 🌸
Lovely. Hat’s off to Mr. Style for some absolutely great photos!
C’est si bon! Lovely look.
Appears to be great weather! I have several artist friends who live in Paris and one of them goes daily to Cafe le Select, and sketches all the patrons. He’s done it for years. He works for Mad magazine in his day job.
Eat a croissant and a Laduree macaron for me!
OOOOO! It appears you are very near to one of my favorite shops. B. Biberon & Fills at 334 rue Saint-Honoré. Wonderful hand bags and leather goods at wonderful prices. Check them out if you have time!
