NYDJ is committed to making pants for all shapes, all sizes all women. so that means every woman from petites to plus size. they even carry tall and maternity. can i hear an amen? because what we women want are pants that are not only comfortable but fit our curves in all the right places so we can walk out the door feeling confident.

for a casual party at home, i chose Marilyn straight jeans in a gorgeous color named grenache. NYDJ recommends sizing down, so i’m sporting a size six. the velveteen fabric takes these pants from ordinary to extraordinary. Lift Tuckยฎ Technology uses a proprietary slimming panel with a patented criss-cross design to shape and support your curves for an always-sleek silhouette. it’s a-ma-zing as these pants fit like a dream.
but pants aren’t the only thing available at NYDJ. yes, they offer tops as well. i’m wearing a gorgeous boat neck sweater with a button back that matches my pants to a T., but there are so many other options that would look just as fantastic. like a leopard blouse or a sequin tee.
and what’s a holiday party without a few gifts to tuck under the tree? i don’t know about you, but sometimes i slip in a gift for me.

there’s something special about a home that has the halls decked and ready to welcome friends and family. my mother loved to decorate for the holidays, and she passed that love onto me.

Hi Beth, everything looks beautiful, lovely and Christmasie. Your outfit suits you a nice rich colour for the time of year. We arrived back from our cruise yesterday and I’ve started our Christmas decorating today xoxo Julie from England
good luck with unpacking and decorating, julie!
Love this outfit! NYDJ is one of my favorite brands, the pants and jeans fit fabulously for women. Thanks for showcasing their holiday offerings.
what a great brand! love how their pants fit. so happy to hear you love them too.
This outfit is fantastic, and the color looks great on you. After 35 years of working in a very conservative office setting where I wore suits and heels 3 or 4 days a week, after I retired I revamped my wardrobe for more casual wear. I buy 90% of my clothes from Talbots, but love other retailers as well. I was wondering if you could do a feature on truly “shopping in your closet”, or building a capsule wardrobe starting with what ladies already have in their closet. I tend to shop 2 times a year at Talbots and try to use existing items to work with the new. Thanks!
thanks for the suggestion. let’s see what 2020 brings. Merry Christmas.
What a simple classic elegant outfit that looks super comfy!
i’m always a sucker for comfy and chic.
I love NYDJ and have a pair of velveteen pants in the black. They are my go to slacks for the holidays. The burgundy with your silver shoes is stunning! I love seeing your holiday decorations I’m starting my dรฉcor today…
