Ingredients: 12 Eggs, hard boiled; ½ – ¾ cup Mayonnaise; 1 tbsp. Dill Pickle Brine; 1 tbsp. Whole Grain Mustard; Kosher Salt and Black Pepper, to taste; Whole Wheat Bread, sliced thick; Tomato, sliced; Parsley, rough chopped for garnish

2 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1/4 oz. Grenadine

Orange Slice and Maraschino Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

Combine vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice and grenadine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange slice and Maraschino cherry.
