Happy Monday, gang! Many of you noticed Sunday’s blog was absent.  Not to fear:  I’m back at it today showcasing 4 ways you can wear 1 colorful pant.

For my daily followers, you know that Kelly and I are embarking on a 1-week river cruise today.  But yesterday morning, there was a last-minute snafu yesterday as I was headed out the door for New Orleans to start my River Cruise vacation. All’s well that ends well and I made it on time to the airport to catch my flight.

Last night I caught a glimpse of several Mardi Gras parades, walked through the French Quarter, and had tickets to Preservation Hall where Kelly and I enjoyed a lively jazz show. This morning, I’m headed to the American Queen for a Jazz Brunch then a tour of New Orleans before setting sail on the Mississippi.

But back to today’s post – Pink pants worn two ways! Yep, it’s time to start thinking all things spring and what better way than be adding a pair of pink pants to my wardrobe. This pair is from Talbots. The first ootd has the pants paired with a simple striped T from J.Mclaughlin. I sized up to a large as I wanted a looser fit and I’m happy I did.

This tee will be worn all summer long so I need it to move with me. Ballet flats are a classic wardrobe staple in my eyes but they’re back on trend so you will be able to shop a variety of flats. A multicolor handbag and white belt keep the outfit casual through and through.
