last week was a busy week what with thanksgiving, decking the halls, and the official kick-off to holiday shopping – black friday. but today’s cyber monday where we get to shop in our jammies as we sit in front of a computer screen or scroll through our mobile phone. my the times are changing at lightning speed. most retailers launched their sales days ago and have kept the discounts going. many of you have asked me to share my picks. so i put together a small post with a few of my favorite sales along with my favorites from each.
ralph lauren is a favorite retailer of mine. truth be told i could wear ralph every single day and not miss a beat. there’s 30% off your purchase when you spend $100 or more plus free shipping. hands down ralph lauren carries the best selection of belts. one of my favorites is a tri-strap leather belt. and sweaters? i own at least a dozen. this year i have my eye on a cable wool cashmere sweater in red – the color of the season. there are several ralph lauren dresses hanging in my closet. but this simple faux leather jersey dress caught my eye. it’s a simple lbd that will work for so many occasions.

j.crew is another favorite retailer that sells preppy classics with a twist. they launched 40% plus an additional 10% off your purchase until noon on monday. every year i stock up on cashmere, coats or jackets, and shoes.
a new retailer that’s caught my eye this past year is everlane. if you’re looking for timeless classics everlane is for you. silk shirts, pima cotton tees, and blazers are trend-proof and chic.
another favorite retailer that offers modern classics is talbots. today, online only they’re offering 50% off one item plus 40% off your purchase. these blackwatch plaid pants are party perfect. but i’d toss on a cute shirt and sweater for an everyday look. a tweed bow topper can be worn over a party dress or skinny jeans.
Flight delayed, stuck in the Paris airport, grabbed something I’ve had on my list at Talbots at 50% off! Cyber Monday works everywhere 😉
