What to Pack for a Tropical Vacation

It can also be tough to find out-of-season summer clothes if you want to update your tropical vacation wardrobe. Resort-wear is an option, but can be an expensive one.

So, keep it simple and choose a color palette in hues that are neutral and classic. It will be easiest to find out-of-season clothing in staple colors like navy and white. Build a capsule wardrobe based on items you already have in your summer closet. Buy a few new items that are rooted in your selected color palette to round out your tropical vacation wardrobe. Keep your footwear neutral with metallics; this way you can mix and match your shoes to different outfits for variety.
