some women say yes to the dress. others say shoes, please. but when the two come together it’s a match made in heaven. especially when those shoes are made for walking. meet Sara a peep toe pump with a wide 2.5 inch heel with 0.5 inch platform, making a heel differential of 2 inches, creating stability and minimizing pressure on the front of the foot and ankles. maybe technical jargon isn’t your thing but the composition of this shoe is what makes it so dang comfortable. and the founder of Adrian Allen shoes, Gwen Allen, is on a mission to create such a creature – a comfortable and stylish shoe.
many of you may remember i introduced Gwen several months ago in my interview series Over | Under. for those of you new to the blog Over | Under is where the spotlight is shed on those hard-working female entrepreneurs making a difference. take a peek.

what i love about Sara is her versatility. dress her up as in today’s post with a simple sheath dress. or for a casual vibe pair Sara with faux leather leggings and denim shirtdress take a look here. both options work! for the life of me, i can’t decide which ootd i like better. what say you, ladies?
besides the comfortable heel, Sara offers a beautiful black matte finish made with microfiber that’s a dream to clean. the peep toe adds a fresh take on a classic shoe.
all right gang, let’s get tuesday shoesday underway. but don’t forget to check out Adrian Allen shoes. you won’t be disappointed.
a big thank you to Adrian Allen for this sponsored post. and thank you lovely readers for supporting the brands that allow me to bring fresh ideas.

They do look comfortable! I like the peep toe. What a pretty sheath dress–nice details in the pockets and at the neck. Are those hydrangeas blooming away already? Viburnum? Whatever they are, they’re doing great and look excellent here.
that’s a snowball bush which i think is a variety of hydrangea. but i could be wrong. i need a book that lists southern trees and foliage as i’m still not certain what is what down here.
