urban cowboy
i’m having a bit of fun with an equestrian look today – one of my all-time favorites. ralph lauren is well-known for his inspirational preppy looks, but he’s also fond of quintessential southwestern outfits. fall is always a great time to reach for classic accessories like boots, hats, concho belts, tweed blazers, and yards of suede. so with that in mind, today i’m channeling my inner urban cowboy. while i don’t own a pair of cowboy boots (although i’ve been seriously eyeing a pair as of late) i grabbed the next best thing, tucked my jeans in, donned a hat and threw on a few silver bangles. this is definitely not an everyday ootd, but it sure is fun to wear from time-to-time especially on the weekends. who said fashion can’t be fun?
